Monckton Chambers is a leading set of barristers’ chambers practising across a broad range of commercial and civil law. Its work focuses particularly on EU law, competition, commercial litigation and arbitration, VAT and other indirect taxes, and public and administrative law. Much of its practice involves the interaction between domestic law, EU law and international human rights law, with members offering extensive expertise in these areas.
